Example Prompts – Few-Shot
Few-shot prompting is one of the most powerful tools you can use to bring out the best in AI responses. By providing multiple examples, you’re giving the AI more context and direction, helping it generate responses that are more accurate, detailed, and suited to your needs. Think of it as teaching by example—every sample you provide makes the AI that much better at delivering the kind of response you’re looking for. Don’t hesitate to be thorough; the more detailed your examples, the better the outcome.

Hey Team,
Wow, where do I start? So much going on! First of all, can someone please fix the coffee machine? It’s making that weird gurgling sound again—like it’s summoning some ancient spirit every time I press brew. Anyway, I think Jeff was supposed to look into that, but maybe it was Janet? Whoever it is, thanks in advance!
Right, the projects. Lots happening, folks. Project Blue Sky (you know, the one where we’re integrating the AI-powered customer service chatbot into the new CRM system—super exciting stuff, right?)—that’s got to be up and running by October 15th, but I think we can push that out a bit, maybe to October 20th, if needed. Just make sure the chatbot doesn’t start spitting out random cat facts again. I mean, I love cats, but the clients? Not so much.
Oh, speaking of timelines, I know there’s a lot of confusion about Project Phoenix, our internal productivity tool that’s supposed to automate our reporting. You know, the one Steve keeps reminding us is going to save us all “hours of mind-numbing spreadsheet work”? Well, we’re still on track for November 1st, but honestly, we could probably wrap it up sooner if everyone stops getting sidetracked by that Slack channel we set up for funny animal memes. (Not that I’m complaining—I love that raccoon in the tiny hat!)
Okay, okay—what else? Oh right, Project Red Rover! That’s the mobile app redesign we’re doing for that client—umm, you know, the one who sells those kitchen gadgets? Anyway, they’re super excited about it. I told them we’ll have a beta version by December 5th, so we really need to buckle down on that. But wait, didn’t Susan mention something about the new UX guidelines being delayed? Someone follow up with her—I think she’s out until next Tuesday, but maybe she left her notes on the server?
Circling back (yes, I’m using “circling back”—what of it?), someone mentioned something about the holiday party? Do we have a theme this year? I’m thinking something retro—disco? Ooh, I know—ugly sweaters, but make it tech! Like, LEDs and flashing code or something. Just spitballing here.
Anyway, those are the main things for now—oh, wait! The client call with SolarWave is… what day is that? I swear it was Wednesday? Or was it Thursday? Someone double-check that. And don’t forget to update your timesheets—I’m looking at you, Tim. 🙂
Alright, gotta run! I think I left my lunch in the fridge… or maybe I left it in the conference room? Who knows anymore.
Best,
Jane Doe
